For more than 50 years, PAE Technologies has been delivering state-of-the-art casthouse technologies, equipment, and services to the aluminium and non-ferrous metals industries worldwide. PAE Technologies’ expertise spans the full casting process, from liquid metal treatment (degassing, filtration, grain refining) to solid product formation, including strips, slabs, and billets. Our solutions combine strong metallurgical know-how, advanced engineering, and proven process control.

This new ownership structure marks an important milestone in the company’s development, reinforcing its long-term strategic vision while preserving its technical expertise, industrial heritage and close relationships with customers worldwide.

Customized design
Working closely with customers and process engineers, our Design Office defines the optimal configuration for existing casting lines or greenfield projects.
This includes casthouse capacity, layout, utilities, metal flow, ancillary equipment and the most suitable liquid metal treatment solutions.
Project management
The successful execution of customer projects relies on rigorous planning, from preliminary engineering studies through to final commissioning.
A dedicated Project Manager coordinates all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and ensures that installation and production start-up are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.
After-sales support
Delivering equipment is only part of our commitment. Our collaboration with customers extends well beyond commissioning.
The After-sales department responds rapidly to requests for spare parts and consumables, while experienced engineers provide on-site and remote operational support to ensure long-term equipment performance and reliability.
Continuous improvement is a core principle at PAE Technologies. By continuously enhancing our technologies and engineering practices, we develop innovative solutions aligned with evolving customer production needs.
A rigorous management system covering quality, environmental protection, health and safety has enabled PAE Technologies to obtain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications from Bureau Veritas Certification.
